I was inspired to try this negative space stamping technique by a Wendy Gage greeting card.
The method is simple, but really effective. You place tape in a cross shape on your card blank.
Then stamp mini flowers with inks of your choice.
Once dry, carefully remove the tape.
Optional: Add enamel dots for flower centres and as sprinkles.
Add a cut-out butterfly and/or sentiment to finish.
Supplies:
Washi or low-tack tape
Distress Inks
Card blank
Mini butterfly cut from Bo Bunny Butterfly Kisses paper
Mini floral stamps - I used Cardio Enchanted Garden
Nuovo drops by Tonic
